Tigris Standard costs $0.02 per GB-month with retrieval not charged. Infrequent Access costs $0.01 per GB-month plus $0.01 per GB of retrieval, so ($0.02 - $0.01) / $0.01 = 100% read per month. Its 30-day minimum contains one full read at the byte crossover. [1]
Archive Instant Retrieval costs $0.004 per GB-month plus $0.03 per GB of retrieval, so ($0.02 - $0.004) / $0.03 = 53.33% read per month. Across its 90-day minimum, that equals 1.60 full reads on a 30-day month convention. [1]

Archive's free retrieval still adds Standard storage while data is restored
Archive saves $0.016 per stored GB-month against Standard. A restore moves the data into Standard for the window you choose, and Tigris bills the Standard rate instead of the Archive rate for those days, so each restored day gives back $0.016 / 30 = $0.000533 per GB. The saving shrinks with every day restored and is gone only if the data stays restored for the whole month; for an object younger than Archive's 90-day minimum, the Archive charge for those days still applies on top. Class A and Class B prices are the same across all four classes, and internet egress is not charged across all four. Those lines still appear on the bill but do not move a same-request-count class crossover. [1]

Free egress leaves retrieval, requests, and restored-copy storage
Tigris does not charge for regional transfer, cross-region transfer, or internet egress. Infrequent Access and Archive Instant Retrieval still charge retrieval, and every class charges Class A and Class B requests after the monthly allowances. [1]
Restoring while preserving the archived source does not create an early-deletion remainder. Archive moves data into Standard for the requested readable duration and then returns it to Archive, so for those days the bill carries Standard storage in place of Archive storage, and nothing is deleted.
