Infrequent Access crosses at one full read and Archive Instant Retrieval at 53.33%
Tigris Standard costs $0.02 per GB-month with retrieval not charged. Infrequent Access costs $0.01 per GB-month plus $0.01 per retrieved GB, so ($0.02 - $0.01) / $0.01 = 100% read per month. Its 30-day minimum contains one full read at the byte crossover. [1]
Archive Instant Retrieval costs $0.004 per GB-month plus $0.03 per retrieved GB, so ($0.02 - $0.004) / $0.03 = 53.33% read per month. Across its 90-day minimum, that equals 1.60 full reads on a 30-day month convention. [1]

Archive's free retrieval still creates a temporary Standard storage line
Archive saves $0.016 per stored GB-month against Standard. A full restored copy costs $0.02 / 30 = $0.0006667 per GB-day while it remains in Standard, so 0.016 / 0.0006667 = 24 restored-copy days in a month erase the byte-storage saving. [1]
Class A and Class B prices are the same across all four classes, and internet egress is not charged across all four. Those meters remain visible but do not move a same-request-count class crossover. [1]

Free egress leaves retrieval, requests, and restored-copy storage
Tigris does not charge for regional transfer, cross-region transfer, or internet egress. Infrequent Access and Archive Instant Retrieval still charge retrieval, and every class charges Class A and Class B requests after the captured monthly allowances. [1]
Restoring while preserving the archived source does not create an early-deletion remainder. Archive moves data into Standard for the requested readable duration and then returns it to Archive, so the receipt contains temporary-copy storage without deleting the archived source. [1]
