Azure Blob Storage pricing changes with Region, redundancy, access tier, account type, transaction group, retrieval priority, destination, and object age. These receipts use locally redundant General Purpose v2 block blobs and keep read-only archive copies separate from destructive in-place tier changes.

Price your own workload against every vendor, including the worst-day restore and how long it takes to come back.

What the pricing page does not lead with

  • The first 100 GB of monthly internet egress is free, then the captured Premium-routing bands begin at $0.087 per GB.

    The allowance must be removed before the graduated paid bands are applied.
