Oracle OCI separates Standard, Infrequent Access, and Archive storage but gives all three a large 10,000 GB public-egress allowance. Infrequent Access adds paid retrieval; Archive retrieval itself is free but the readable restored copy is billed as Standard storage. Oracle publishes one Object Storage request meter, not distinct Class A and Class B prices.
