Glacier crosses Standard Multi-AZ at 150.22% read per month
Scaleway publishes the captured Paris rates in EUR. Standard Multi-AZ costs EUR 0.01606 per GB-month, Glacier costs EUR 0.00254 per GB-month, and Glacier restore costs EUR 0.009 per GB. Solving (EUR 0.01606 - EUR 0.00254) / EUR 0.009 gives 1.5022, or 150.22% of stored bytes restored per month. [1]
The dataset records minimum storage duration as not published for all three classes. A lifecycle rule that delays transition is not evidence of a minimum-duration billing charge, so no minimum-window access count is invented. [2]

One Zone has no retrieval crossover, but it is not a Multi-AZ substitute
Standard One Zone costs EUR 0.00803 per GB-month and has retrieval not charged, so its published byte meters never cross Standard Multi-AZ as access frequency rises. The lower rate buys a different availability shape, so the result is not comparable rather than an unconditional price win. [1] [2]
Glacier is the only captured class with a paid retrieval meter. Requests are not charged for all three classes, while minimum billable object size and minimum storage duration remain not published. [1] [2]

For a 1,000 GB Glacier restore, egress costs slightly more than retrieval
Scaleway includes 75 GB of monthly egress and charges EUR 0.01 per GB after the allowance. A 1,000 GB public-internet Glacier restore with the allowance unused therefore adds EUR 9.00 retrieval and EUR 9.25 egress, for EUR 18.25 before any restored-copy storage. [1]
The dataset does not publish a restored-copy storage meter or a minimum storage duration for Glacier. Those lines stay not published. Early deletion does not apply to a read-only restore because no source object is deleted, overwritten, moved, or transitioned. [1] [2]
